Web Design Process

Choose your package

Gets start with your new website, choose one of the above packages: Personal, Business or Enterprise. But if you have not sure on the above packages, you can send us your requirements or features of your website through this form.

Fill out a Web Design Proposal

A web design proposal provides us with all the information I need to know about the design of your new website and any other requirements or features you may have.

Proposed Quote

After we have received the proposal we reply to you via email with a quote. At this point you will need to make the decision to continue with the website design or not. Please note, quotes are only valid for 30 days. If the quote is approved, you will be required to make a 50% deposit of the total quoted cost.

Supply Website Content

With the deposit made, you will be expected to supply all website content in the form of Word Documents, with each page of the website as a seperate document. We can now begin to design your website and you will be sent via email a screenshot of this design when it is done.

Design Approval

From here, you will detail any changes that you would like made to the design and we will re-work the image until you are satisfied. Once the design is complete, we will build your website.

Live Demo

When all pages are built, you will be sent the URL of a online demo. At this point you are free to make known any small changes that you would like - otherwise, your website is finished and the outstanding 50% of the total project cost is payable.
