Q. You are known as the Weblink Design, does this mean you do work for Zamboanga City residents only? A. No, although our company is located in Zamboanga City we do work for clients throughout Sulu and Western Mindanao, , even extending to various parts of the Republic of the Philippines. If you want a website built we can do this for you regardless of your location provided you have and internet connection and have access to e-mail.

Q. How much does a website cost? Do you charge by an hourly rate or a flat fee? A. The price of a website will vary based on the size and scope of the project. To get a basic estimate we recommend filling out our price quote form which is free of charge. Cost is determined by the number or days needed to complete a particular job and is influenced by factors such as how many pages will your website need and what additional features will your site require (flash, e-newsletter, catalog ect.). We charge a flat fee only agreed upon in advance by both parties.

Q. Can I update a website myself as opposed to paying an updating fee or charge for any changes I want made? A. Although we recommend that updates are done by a professional due to some of the potential problems that can occur we do offer training on how to update and maintain your website.

Q. I do not want to change or upgrade my current website I just want someone to help me update it only. Can you do this? A. Yes, we are able to easily update other people's websites as well as the ones we create ourselves and offer the same rates we do to our regular clients.

Q. Do you offer payment plans for those with a limited budget or who would just rather pay this way? A. Yes the Weblink Design has several payment plan options available so you can choose which method is most comfortable for you. Our prices are designed to keep all types of businesses in mind including small or single-owned companies.

Q. Is there fee necessary to maintain my website after it is completed and I have paid in full? A. Keeping a website online requires paying an annual domain name fee for your site name (ex.www.mybusiness.com) along with an additional fee to host your website online typically paid monthly. A domain name usually costs about Php600.00-2,500 ($13-54) per year based on your service provider and hosting can be attained for as little as Php500.00 ($11) per month.

Q. What do you offer in terms of quality assurance so I know my website will be completed on time and to the standard I expect. A. Before any web project begins there is a standard legal form signed by both parties which is done for the protection of both us and the client. This form includes all important info regarding completion dates, copyright issues, payment schedules and more.

Q. I like your website, is it okay if I link to it? Do I need permission first? A. Yes please feel free to link to our website as many times as you wish. We prefer that any link to our page has our company name "weblink design solutions & services" included within the actual link as opposed to a link that merely says "click here" or "visit now". You do not need our permission to link to our website but ir order to keep track of all our website users we would appreciate the gesture.
