The Weblink Design is always looking to improve on our current services and features to better serve you our WD customers. Please take the time to fill out our customer survey form which will take roughly 5 min tues to complete, no solicitations will result of your feedback as our survey is used for research purposes only.

1. If you were looking to build a website or upgrade an existing one how would you go about looking for a web design company?

Through a friend or referral I could trust.

Through a search engine (ex. Google, Yahoo, Alta Vista ect.)

Through the phone book or yellow pages.

Through an advertisement (mailbox ad, poster, flyer ect.)

I am not sure how I would go about finding a web design company.

2. On a scale of one to 10 how would you rate the quality of your current website along with the overall service you have received?

The overall design or look of the website to create a more professional first impression.

The navigation or usability of the website making it more user friendly.

More viable in search engines so my website is easier to find.

Better load times and website accessibility.

Excessive load times or trouble accessing the web page quickly.

To many advertisements, animations, or distractions on a web page.

Excessive pop-up ads.

Poor website navigation, hard to know where to go or where things are.

Poor design or level of professionalism.

6. In your opinion what are the biggest "turn ons" when visiting a website that make your experience enjoyable and would give you an incentive to keep returning to that particular site.

Lots of interactive features or things to do

A site that is frequently updated and always has new content or information.

A site that is well organized and simple and clear to use.

A site with a well designed visual look or level of professionalism.

7. Approximately what price do you think is reasonable if you were to build a website for yourself or your own small business keeping in mind price and quality are directly related.
